HI I’M THEA
FINANCE EXPERT, OPERATOR and SCALING STRATEGIST for FEMALE-LED BUSINESSES.
On paper, I’ve helped grow a bank from £2m to >£40m, owned restaurants, raised 7 figures in investment, built manufacturing sites, sold into retailers and scaled a D2C business to multi-six figures in 4 months.
But the story underneath the credits is the one I find more interesting.
Throughout my career I’ve repeatedly found myself in rooms not made for women. Playing games that are rigged against us.
Each time, I’ve seen it and made a conscious choice:
“OK then. Let’s play.”
I’ve read the room, worked out how the system moves and found my way through.
All while staying unapologetically myself.
These days I spend my time supporting women just like me: deeply ambitious and unwilling to let that ambition cost them their authenticity or a life they truly love.
MY PHILOSOPHY
WE NEED MORE WOMEN CROSSING THE £1M LINE.
It’s not actually about the number. It’s about what is means. Commercial success changes what a woman can build, choose and walk away from.
She can hire well. She can invest. She can make bigger decisions. She can choose the clients, team, standards, products, services and life she actually wants.
The problem is: it can feel like you need to become someone you aren’t to reach that level of growth. The majority of people we see doing it are louder, harder and more performative than many of us want to be.
My philosophy is that women can make the shift without becoming less themselves. They just need the right skills, the right map and enough evidence from their own business to trust the next move.
COMPREHENSIVE BUSINESS growth EXPERTISE
-
Give me any messy P&L and I’ll tell you exactly what needs to happen next in the business.
How to increase profit, what to drop, what to double down on, what the business can afford next and what needs to change first.
-
Across multiple industries, including fashion, food, retail, ecom, SaaS and services, I have repeatedly found the growth lever that brings in better revenue.
In my food business, I took over after 3 agencies spent £50k to achieve zero growth. Within a month I hit 10x ROAS. 4 months later we’d grown the channel by >£400k.

Ambitious founders need to be backed by business operations that run like a machine.
That means clear ownership, simple systems, strong standards and a delivery model that doesn’t rely on the founder checking every detail.
-
Over the past two decades, I have faced imposter syndrome, fear of failure, sexism, judgement, business failures and a brain haemorrhage.
And yet, I have built, led, raised money, asked for the pay, protected my boundaries and prioritised my inner peace and joy.
Not because I’m special, but because I have a toolkit that works for anyone who really wants it.
MY APPROACH.
I’m not interested in helping you do more for the sake of growth. I’m interested in helping you do less, better. So the business becomes more profitable, more focused and more able to give you what you actually want from it.
We start with what you actually want the business to give you.
We read your business in full before we take any actions.
We find the value you’ve already built and what is stopping it reaching you.
We never use a one-size-fits-all growth playbook.
We combine financial clarity with practical operational change.
Because the business always has the answers. And when you trust them, growth suddenly gets a whole lot more enjoyable.
WHO I HELP:
Female-led businesses scaling from 6 figures - 7.
You’re not looking for a formula or a pep talk. You want a clear, bespoke plan built on commercial insight - and an experienced team around you to help make it happen.
You have a six-figure business with real potential.
You know there is more value in it than you are currently taking home.
You want the next stage to mean more money, space and choice - not simply more work.

I was definitely born as an entrepreneur - I’d take any job my Dad would give me, systemise it and be making more from him than he could handle in a flash.
When I was 20, I was running my dance school and working in an admin role on the side - that company offered to move me to London and put me through my accounting qualifications. I bit their hand off.
8 years later I moved into the start-up world and started my journey with Zopa Bank. At the time we were 15 people in a room. When I left 8 years later we were over 500 in a swanky office overlooking the Thames.
I’ve built 4 businesses from scratch: the dance school, a restaurant business, an FMCG brand and CALMM. All different business models, all incredible learning curves.
For the past 3 years I’ve dedicated all my time to understanding how my 20+ years of experience can be most useful in helping get (a lot) more women to £1m and beyond.

I’m highly creative: I’ve had a record deal with Universal, been a backing dancer, opened a dance school and built a TimeOut ‘best’ restaurant chain where I designed the full menu and did our photography.
I’m also CIMA-qualified accountant who’s saved/made companies hella £, designed and built a client money reconciliation system that reconciled tens of thousands of micro transactions a day and loves a spreadsheet.
Nobody gets it. Everybody loves it.

Physically, home is our chapel in the Cambridgeshire fens that we’re renovating. We moved here to be close to my family after spending the last 20 years in London.
But truly, home is also my husband and best friend - anywhere he is, I’m happy.

In 2023 I survived a brain haemorrhage from a burst aneurysm and the resulting emergency brain surgery. It will always be the very best thing to ever happen to me. It changed me and my life completely.
My husband is a music producer and musician that spends half the year on tour, which I hate but also love - as he’s doing what he loves and it brings us closer together.
I’m one of 4 sisters - they are all brilliant and surprisingly we’re all close (I’m 2nd eldest).
I’m obsessed with moving my body, whether it’s weight training, walking, pilates, dance, gymnastics… you name it - I love it.
